Club Scrap Trattoria Kit Blog Hop

Hi Everyone,

Now first things first if you came from Lisa's Blog you came from the right place. If you didn't you can start at the beginning with Karen from Club Scrap's Blog.

Finished card measures 4 1/4” x 5 1/2” folded

The base of card is using plain cardstock. I trimmed the patterned paper to 4” x 5 1/4”. I stamped the sentiment using 2 colours. A brown and green ink. Dried it then used embossing ink and sprinkled Clear embossing powder and heat set. I tied a ribbon to the bottom and matted the panel to plain cardstock and adhered to front of card.

Finished card measures 4 1/4” x 5 1/2” folded

The base of the card is plain cardstock. I trimmed a cut-a-part and adhered to front of card. I stamped the sentiment on the top right above the cut-a-part.

Elizabeth Craft Designs November Artist Team Challenge

Hi Everyone,
Welcome back to another Artist Team Challenge. This month we were challenged to create a Pop Up Card using the fabulous new General Pop Ups Dies. This is a must set because you have 8 different dies to create many different fun Pop Up Cards.

Did you know there is a chance for you to win a $20 gift card. Visit the Elizabeth Craft Designs Blog. Answer this question by leaving a comment on the Elizabeth Craft Designs BlogWhat Elizabeth Craft Designs dies or stamp sets would you use with the General Pop Ups die set if you were making a Pop Up Card? 3 lucky winners will be chosen in a random drawing.

Below you will find the easy steps to replicate my card. And it is just in time for those holiday cards.

  • Step 1 - Cut White Soft Finish Cardstock to 8 1/2" x 5 1/2". Score and fold in half to form a vertical top-fold card base. Finished size: 4 1/2" x 5 1/2" (A2)
  • Step 2 - At the center of the fold line diecut General Pop Up. Shape the score lines created and bring out the Pop Ups.
  • Step 3 - Stamp sentiment at the center front top of card with Holiday Cheer Clear Stamps in black ink.
  • Step 4 - Repeat Step 2 (2 times) to create background in the inside of card. This time after you diecut you will cut the bottom of the crease for top of card and cut upper crease for bottom of card. See card below for visual. You can always use one patterned paper and repeat Step 2 exactly. Adhere to inside card using 3mm Clear double Sided Adhesive Tape.
  • Step 5 - Stamp Winter Bears on White Soft Finish Cardstock. Color in with coloring medium of your choice (I used Promarkers) and diecut with matching Winter Bears dies. Adhere to card to create your scene using 3mm Clear double Sided Adhesive Tape.
  • Step 6 - Diecut Adventure Edges with White Soft Finish Cardstock and adhere to inside of card. I diecut clouds for the top and hills for the bottom. This gives you plenty of space to write inside the card. You can choose to diecut one instead of two. Adhere to card using 6mm Clear Double Sided Adhesive Tape.
  • Step 7 - Trim patterned paper to 4 1/4" x 4 1/8" and adhere to front of card using 3mm Clear double Sided Adhesive Tape.

Thank you for stopping by. Be sure to check out what the rest of the team did by going here. See below for direct links to the product used for your easy convenience.

The winners will be announced on Friday, November 24th on the Elizabeth Craft Designs blog.
